This experience was a great self-reflective practice of all of the accomplishments achieved throughout the years and really highlighted some key leadership competencies achieved throughout my career.

Tips for writing a successful rationale is really highlighting your direct involvement in a leadership role and really highlighting yourself when building your rationale.

 

3. What advice would you give to someone considering the AL-CIP?

In the field of Infection Prevention and Control, we are always striving to expand our competencies and expertise. Obtaining your AL-CIP recognizes the work, dedication and leadership in Infection Prevention and Control to help advance the profession and your own professional growth.

 

4. What does earning your AL-CIP mean to you?

I am very proud to be AL-CIP Certified. It helps acknowledge my work and dedication in field of Infection Prevention and Control and has earned me the recognition and creditability as a leader in the field amongst my peers and colleagues.
